About Us

JFed Financing Solutions, formerly The National Jewish Federation Bond Program (NJFBP), has been helping build the infrastructure of the Jewish community since 2003.

Previously a tax-exempt bond program, we now assist with a variety of financing structures. Our experienced team guides borrowers through all aspects of the process, assisting with arranging, structuring, and negotiating the financing documentation. We work to obtain competitive financing structures based on your agency’s credit profile; research and analyze options regarding structure, terms and market timing; then present the pros and cons to ensure informed decision-making.

We are proud of the long-term relationships we develop with our clients and the fact that most of our projects are the result of repeat or word-of-mouth business.
